I'm not sure... Never tried yoga before so I can't give a good reason to use it. Though if others swear by it then it must be worthwhile, right? Sleep is a big factor as to why people can't concentrate. Well, lack of sleep or insomnia. Most people who work a desk job or sit all day feel restless because they're not using their bodies. I suppose that's why construction workers don't generally suffer from insomnia but office workers do. So just try to get the recommended amount of sleep and a nap. Humans are supposed to sleep twice a day, a full cycle of sleep and a nap.
