    Yet there is no known discrimination from Google about assigning PR.

    So you can get high PR backlinks and get good PR for your blog ;)

    just add as many backlink as you can, and wait until google update than you can see the result. usually google updating PR each three month..
    anyway don't bother about PR, concentrate to create good content and increase backlink, it will give you more visitor than just PR..

    Try getting a big reader base first. These people will link back to your site if they like it.

    How many backlink will make at least 1 PR for blog? I get around 20 backlinks but my blog still have 0 PR.

    Anyone knows how to get a lot of backlinks easily?

    You need links from sites with PR. It also takes some time for the pr to actually show up.
