How to improve a .co.cc blog/websitein SEO

We all might have heard about the bad luck of .co.cc in the field of SEO.
Most of the .co.cc websites are not having a good alexa rank, pagerank even though it is a very active website/blog. Moreover page index of a .co.cc blog is very less comparing to other platforms like blogspot.com and wordpress.com.

So can anyone suggest some extra tip to improve a .co.cc blog in Search Engine results and web statistics??

 

.co.cc domain is also consider as the same like blogspot and wordpress.

It considers as a sub-domain.

At all the time, promotion of sub domain is little hard than the main domain.

With rich features of blogspot and wordpress you may think that they are good than .co.cc.

You install the wordpress blog script in your co.cc domain, use seo friendly plugins.

Promote the feed, using feedburner.

Do all on page, off page seo jobs.

You can get good results.

 

why did someone still use co.cc while you can have tld domain for cheap price ..

co.cc is a sub domain. If you consider the blogspot or wordpress, the servers are also configured to send updates to the search engines automatically. So, the crawling capacity is good for paid and the major blog providers.

And in free co.cc, many of the people uses spam techniques. So, it effects all other co.cc domains.

I also never seen co.cc domain in serp. i think, bcoz, nobody optimize seriously for a free domain bcoz we don't have full privellienges on the domain.

And I strongly suggest, if you want to seriously promote your site/business register your own domain and promote do promotion. It helps you life long. But not free domain. Free domain providers may suspend your account at any time. So think once and take the decesion.

 

.co.cc is not going to work. Trying to seo is just waste of time. Better buy a proper tld and start seo. It's better because you won't going to use .co.cc for long. So everything you are doing to .co.cc will not help you at all in future.

 

no one can compete rankings of blogspot..because it owned by Google itself.

I am not with your words. I don't think that SEO will not work in a .co.cc blog.

 

Get a FREE co.nr domain which is better than co.cc one.
