How to import phpld category list using phpmyadmin ? HELP!?

    I downloaded a list of categories for phpld. I heard you needed phpmyadmin to import them.
    Well now i have 2 databases, on different ips, 1 for phpmyadmin, 1 for phpld, and I can't figure out how to import them from the one database to the other....

    My left frame of admin only shows the database it's installed on.
    Anyone have any ideas??

    EDIT: I added more stuff to the config.inc.php so admin recognizes 2nd database, then followed iatbm's advice on this post and i think i got her working...
