How to Implement Skype Button In website??

    Hi,
    I have a joomla based website. I just want to implement skype call functionality.
    The idea is I will fix a skype logo on home page, if anybody click it then code should search weather skype is installed in visitor's pc or not. If not then a message should flash that "Install Skype first" and after clicking it, visitor will redirect to skype main website otherwise he should redirect to skype which is already exist in his system. Please help me to do this.

    Nice idea to implement skype button on a website. However, as a fresher I don't have many ideas about this. Can anyone share your opinion that how to do this?
