    Hi friends,
I am about to finish my website. And I would like to use PPC campaign for that.

So can abyone help me in this.

    How it works?

How much money do I need to put in primary stage?

Can a newbie (like me) handle this by just learing tutorial online? Is this possible? Or I need to take help of expert in this field?

    Helpful advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi new guy,

Yes, you can easily follow an online tutorial such as the Google Adwords program and quickly learn the basics of how to run ad campaigns. The main thing is to limit your daily budget to a very low amount while testing until you are getting conversions and making a profit. You can limit your daily spend to a single dollar a day if you like.

No need to spend over $5 or $10 per day until you see it's producing fruit.

How much you set aside for starting an ad campaign depends on many many factors.

    Hope it helps,

A frequent mistake new ppc marketers make is that they tend to spend too much on each ppc. Instead of targeting the more expensive main search terms, try targeting as many of the longer (and cheaper) keyword search terms as you can find. I use 2,000 keyword search terms for some of my campaigns.

Start conservatively by limiting your initial pay per click budget to something really cheap (say 10 cents a click) and then start raising your bid(s) until you feel comfortable with the results.

Lastly, it is not best to be the top bidder. If it costs $2.00 per click to be the number one bidder for "mp3 players" and only $0.50 to be the number six bidder, more often then not you'll make more money being the number six bidder then you will being number one even though you will get far fewer clicks. The number one positions are rarely profitable even for the best Internet marketers.

Google Adwords is cool. Remember to use the search network, exact match and put you keyword in the title, description and domain name. Also your web page must be relevant to your keyword.

Prachi, you CAN do it yourself but it's much easier getting a little bit of help (in my opinion). ... What is the cost? depends on what you're willing to spend. Hopefully you make more than you spend and than you don't really have a budget of how much you can spend.

Also, If you're doing PPC remember to track everything. You'll want to know what converts and what doesn't.
