How to implement Facebook share for every post?

    Hi, I m launching real estate portal and i want to share every property on Facebook. I dont know how it will work. Can any one suggest me how does it work. I have try many codes from net but they share only site title and any of image available on page, not particular post.

    Please give me idea about this.

    you can create a page of related site and post any article or blogs and other posts like information on that page and after that use that page for share and like.

    What you are asking for to share? When you give any post, it will be shared with fan you have in your page. this is the practice.
