Look at the page source code, or page info option within your browser.
In Firefox you right click on the page and choose "View Page Source", not sure what it is in IE.

You will need to view the source code of the page
If you are using IE then View> Source

Trying domain.com/wp-admin will show the admin log in page on 99% on WordPress blogs.

Yes. However, it is not mandatory. it can be changed.
Some CMS's will have version info. (which can be removed too)

People will always try to hide those footprints to safe guard their blogs from hackers.

BTW, why do you need that information ?
