you never know unless you work on google but i think as long as your content not showing nude people and dirty word its ok.
I had my Amazon very basic lingerie affiliate store blocked from AdSense. There was no nudity on the site, closest was bras and knickers like you find on Amazon. I wouldn't worry too much about adding AdSense to a site your not sure about since if they have a problem with it they'll let you know and this won't affect your other sites. I wouldn't try it on a site you know is against their TOS though, (wouldn't use on a hardcore porn site) just the grey areas, worse case scenario they ask you to remove it and will block that domain from showing ads. My expose on the Bot Fly has a couple of images that might make some people squeemish, but still falls within TOS. www.chryalis.com
Which means would you be comfortable looking at these pictures in your office, with your co-workers looking over your shoulder? Google also says that for pictures and text to be considered non-adult, you should be able to look at and read the site with your family, including children. In this case bikini pictures should be okay, since children who go to the beach can see women wearing such bikinis.
