    If your site is not in its position at google than there might be penalized by google latest algorithm update. What I found if didn't found my site page within first 10 pages of results than guess its penalized.

    If your website is penalized, then Google will inform or warn you via email on your Google webmaster tool ID or message when you open your website Google webmaster tool.

    You have to face the following problem if you are penalized:
    1. If your Keyword ranking is down day by day 2. Your Traffic is down 3. Not Index your website, check this search in google cache:yourdomainname. It show the date of Indexing.

    one of my blog also down from Google search result. but my webmaster tool said your system is healthy. i still receive any messages from webmaster tools
