    Do some trade with the person by buying / selling / trading and then ask him to leave a feedback for you and Bingo you will have your iTrader

    As others have said you need to either buy, sell or trade to build up your itrader rating.

    You'll get itrader if you prove you're trustworthy (or untrustworthy) by doing business with other users. The fastest way to get one is by buying things.
    I've seen your post in the contests forum and I think what should help you get more designers to participate in your content is by not asking for a banner without watermark. No designer will join the competition because it looks a little suspicious when a user has no itrader, yet asks for an unmarked design. When you remove that I'm sure more people will want to join your contest and leave itrader when it's done. Good luck :)

    Sell or buy something you will get and thn you can get the itrade form buyer or seller.
