How to I add "Adwords Conversion Tracker" on Forum Signups?

    I tried adding the "adwords conversion tracker" on forum registration template and it does not work. I just want to track how many forum sign-ups i get from my adwords campaign.

    Are you sure that you placed the conversion tracking code correctly on the forum sign-up success page?
