    Doesn't the site itself have a FAQ or similar page to guide you?

    Most hosts send you a email with the information needed, check your spam/junk folder just incase ;)

    What can I recommend to you is visiting freewebspace and reading some articles about that. They are the biggest guide for free web hosting
