    Hello,

Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to hide my nameservers when they appear on who.is lookup.

They are currenty ns21.ixwebhosting.com and ns22 respectively.

I want to either stop them from appearing or makie something else appear.

I read u can use zoneedit.com to do this, but i need instructions on how to!

Well, you can't hide them....that would just be silly. Nothing would work, no-one would find your site or services (e.g. email) if you didn't have DNS servers. DNS, although seemingly insignificant, is the single most important service you have and needs to be available.

Speak to your host about masking. They should be able to help you out.

If you want to use your own NS1xxxx and NS2xxxx then following the simple procedure below:

You need to create the childnameserver login to your domain account (domain registrar account) and first not the IP address of the original two ns1 and ns2 - then create childnameserver by keeping the same IPs

    Like -
    ns1.yoursite.com <IP should be of> ns1.yourwebsitehosting

When childnameserver creation is complete then you may change the nameserver you have just created.

    Hope this helps...

Change the nameservers at your domain registrar

Edit your DNS records at where the new nameservers are hosted; (zoneedit or anywhere else)
    A record of example.com
A records or CNAMEs of subdomains.example.com (including www.example.com)
    MX record(s)
    TXT record(s)

Create private label nameserver and though you can set your owned records on the nameservers.
