How to hide my wordpress development

    Hi there,

I am in a process of developing a new site for a client using WordPress.
I am testing it live on the domain. But I can't afford to see the rest of the world all the testing things.

Is there any theme or plugin by which I can blog the visitor or show them a standard "To be Launched" page and still manage to work like on the blog.

    Many thanks.

Not 100% sure but have you tried 'Maintenance Mode' plugin for that ? Google it.

how about you dupe the code and mirror the db, and drop on a subdomain that starts with beta.

Maybe you want to try some plugin like Theme Switcher, that can help you to assign admin rights to see the theme (others will see the default theme)
