You can't have a website redirect to your money site and have it look different compared to navigating directly to your money site; nor should you. It sounds like you want to make a duplicate site that's basically the same exact site under a different domain with a different theme. Google hates duplicate content just an FYI. Could you explain more about why you want to do this? Also, you should keep 301 redirects to your site to a minimum. For instance, if you were to acquire an aged domain with a strong link profile related to your niche it would totally be worth setting up a 301 redirect for that to your money site because all that juice would get passed to it.
