Not sure what your question is. Are you asking what is the best ways to get links to your blog or the best way to link to websites from your blog?
are you trying to implement some sort of directory with a blog instead of the usual link script? I'm doing it too with one of my site, all i can say is Wordpress rocks and if you search around the WP forums you'll find a plugin for it.
