    hi

i have recently bought domains from a seller through D.P . The domains are registered in godaddy and he had transferred it to me . I have paid him fully. But After 3 days he had reversed the domain transfer by applying dispute on me in godaddy.
Now i lost both money and domains.......

Can anyone help me in getting my money back........]

    Hoping for a positive reply
    Thanks

Present the payment data and the sale thread to godaddy, that should give a good case that a sale took place. I would also file a complaint with paypal if godaddy finds against you to get the money back. If neither of these work, chances are you are SOL (unless the amount was enough to sue over). This is why its always best to have it in writing, even for domain stuff like this a bill of sale with his signature is solid proof. As my law teacher said "Get it on paper if its worth more than the piece you are writing on."

It has already been given, post the thread and proof of payment (a screenshot of the transaction on paypal might be best) and hope for the best.

    maddy,
    (i) get screen shots and transcripts of everything and forward it to go daddy and paypal
(ii) give the scammer a rating, and some hard to miss remarks in their visitors page.

dont worry, with proper docs in hand, at the very least, you'll get your money back. and next time, be wiser. and for the benefit of the rest of us, could you put up a link of the original thread pls?

    thanks.

purchase your domain name right now. Visit Godaddy.com and on the top part of the screen type your first and last name (no spaces) and conduct a search. With the promo-code OYH3 you can receive your name for only $6.95

    Hi

there are many web sites helping us to check the availability of domain name and there are sites to register it as you know like godaddy. Learn from the mistake even you lost everything.

There are possibilities to recover yr money back, unless it is stolen one.
