Like in the subject, what's the best way to have a domain registration facility on your web design / hosting site. What are the approx costs?

Do you mean to be able to sell domains? as a reseller?

 

Yeah, selling / registering for clients, who take out web design, hosting, or just the domains on it's own.

 

You can become a reseller of those services from companies like godaddy and resellerclub etc.
