    Nokia c6(slide) or c6-01
    .
    If c6 make sure you have enough charge, backup all the needed files from phone memory, switch off mobile , press and hold ( shift - space bar - back keys) and start your mobile , Dont leave the three keys till the mobile prompts to select language
    .
    Thats it hard formatted but the code *#7370# should also work to hardformat
    .
