How to handle taxes on my CJ commissions

I already have a registered business with a sellers permit for the items that I sell on eBay. I just started doing affiliate marketing and have had some good initial success. Currently I file a normal schedule C for the profit that I make on my eBay items, but I'm not sure how I should handle my affiliate business. I know they send you a 1099 at the end of the year, but should I just run that through my existing business or just put it on my personal taxes? Also, I will have some expenses since I pay out some of my commissions for having my links on other people sites. Any suggestions?

Schedule C would be the way to go, but the best advice always is...

I am not an accountant, so consult a tax professional before making any decisions.
