How to Handle Multiple Websites ?

    What do you mean handle them?

    What type of websites are they? A lot of websites take a lot to build but then are little maintenence. Give us some more info to help you.

    Actually, I want to know how to update and promote multiple websites regularly.

    I have a team of 3 people.

    I want some advices/suggestions how to manage and promote all sites regularly.

    Any help will be highly appreciated.

    If you already have a team, just manage it properly and give everybody a simple lists of daily tasks to do. For example if you have 10 websites and 3 people to handle them, you can delegate to the first member of your team a task to write 10 articles (one in every niche) every morning, than he will give the articles to the second member and continue with he's daily list of tasks, the second one will submit the articles and give the links to the third one, who will than bookmark them, on a list of social bookmarking websites, for the link juice.
    The above is just an example of a "daily task" that will assure you constant traffic grow and good SE results. Try to experiment with your team. :)

    This can be done with professionals in that particular vertical but you can manage really if you know what you do, actually what you want to do ? Promote ? Then think

    If you can budget your time for each of them then you won't be having a problem.

    If not, then just hire some other webmasters.
