If you already have a team, just manage it properly and give everybody a simple lists of daily tasks to do. For example if you have 10 websites and 3 people to handle them, you can delegate to the first member of your team a task to write 10 articles (one in every niche) every morning, than he will give the articles to the second member and continue with he's daily list of tasks, the second one will submit the articles and give the links to the third one, who will than bookmark them, on a list of social bookmarking websites, for the link juice. The above is just an example of a "daily task" that will assure you constant traffic grow and good SE results. Try to experiment with your team.
