how would a DP member handle a service from another DP member that was supposed to be delivered over a month ago ? contract date was Feb 6th delivery date was to be Feb 20th we are almost into April every few days or so I get a PM that it'll be done in next couple of days and sorry for the delay. this msg has come for the last 3 weeks. it's only 80% complete. ( a programming script) and they "had access" to my host's control panel. all files are still there..just extremely tired of slow service and missing promises. I let bidders know from freelancer and here that the job is taken,..this delay has put off potential sales as well. I think the service price should be reduced. what would u do..?
I would have hired some one else to complete the job long before now, asked for a refund and submitted appropriate iTrader if applicable.
