    Usually, when we are on holiday and we can hardly online, just wonder how to handle customer to avoid bad feedback? Any idea? Please help. Thanks

    You should have set up an AWAY MESSAGE on your listing. I do that when I am on vacations.

    If you want to handle customer during holidays you should always select the correct handling time in your product listing. You can also mention in your product description.
