How to hack into my own computer?!

    Can anybody help me how to hack into my own computer?! are there any sniffer programs that can save all data sent by one of my .exe from my computer?! i would like to track what informations toolbars like alexa , yahoo , msn or like google are sending from my PC.


    Please help me :)

    Yea I would recommend you building your own Spy Program. What do you want to do? You just want the program to send information sent from programs to your email and such?

    Look into WireShark, which is a sniffer program that's free and will show you all traffic into and out of your system. After a while of playing around with filters, you'll start to see what the toolbars are doing when you click them (or even when you don't).

    Use a packet sniffer, this shows the in and outbound information (traffic).
    Ethereal is a good one!
