www.blitzguides.com is the site address. I posted about the site earlier in the week. But now its setup for posting. Here is how it works. Sign up for free and you can add your own Adsense Publisher ID. For every article you submit you receive 50% of the page impressions which are paid directly to your Google Adsense Account. PLUS!!! There is a resource box that will allow you to add up to 2 links to your own personal pages. As the name "Blitz" would suggest the site is looking for quick how-to-guides, nothing to labor intensive, just simple guides that you post through the "Submit How-To-Guides" link. Let me know. I will be updating the look of the site shortly and offering prizes up to $1000 a month plus "Mini" prizes including Featured articles that highlight the writer and their work. You can also set up your profile with your own Picture/Avatar and it will show all of your articles plus more. Suggestions are appreciated.
Is it running on Joomla? I think the design and the layout is really simple. it could be better with a nice header and logo. and on the other way i would suggest you to go for wordpress for these kind of websites. Good luck.
The URLs are not quite search engine friendly. IDs and question marks and stuff. Paths with keywords in them would be better. NN
Yes NameNick I'm aware of that, I'll SEO the URL's to match the title name of the articles once I have it up and running, Oranges, yes its running Joomla, I have to disagree about using Wordpress for the posts, its in its VERY infancy, but with all the modules available for Joomla and the custom work I can get done properly and for cheap I can develop the site out further in Joomla, the template is horrible right now, and I will have the new Logo up by the end of the week/early next week that will be much more professional.
