How to grow my Twitter account and stop unfollowers?

I run a Twitter account called @pottermorefans that has 9500 followers. I made it in the summer of 2011. If you're a Harry Potter fan, you've probably heard of a website made by JK Rowling called Pottermore. So this is a fan account for that site. When Pottermore was announced and released, there was a frenzy about it and in the duration of a few weeks, I got nearly all of my followers. I even had a forum that I started and instantly had lots activity on it. But the hype over Pottermore has died down even though content is periodically being released on Pottermore over team.

One should also note that I am one of the top results when you type in "Pottermore" on Twitter.

Recently my followers have been decreasing. With Harry Potter news and rumors at an all time low, is there anything I can do to prevent it? Or is there nothing I can do? I actively post new and interesting tweets. I post Harry Potter artwork, I ask fan questions, and I even host Harry Potter movie trivia. When I started the account, I would have 40-50 people actively playing trivia, now I only get 5-6 max.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I don't think I hit any of those red areas. The weird thing is that my follower count has stayed around 9600 for the longest time, and now all of a sudden, it's going down every day. It should be noted that I am gaining followers as well, I am just losing a bit more at a time than what I am gaining. I notice Harry Potter memes do quite well, but I can't think of my own, and I don't want to copy someone else's.
