How to grab attention of my visitors

Hello DP members,

I have a website and bounce rate is not quite bad, less than 50%. However i am not satisfied of this and i would like to grab more attention of my visitors. It is about Holiday Rentals. Any suggestions what i can improve to get lower bounce rate?

I think you need keyword research again.

 

Put a picture of a girl with no clothes on. That always grabs people's attention.

* Just stating a fact.

 

Videos will get them to hang around and click a bit.

 

Try YouTube's PPC.It is a good investment.

 

Offer something free.

 

Can't say without seeing the site first.

 

Maybe you are being too broad. I'm sure there's lot more specifics with Hotel Rentals, like towns, cities etc.

 

I would have to see the site to offer my advice however offering free content always works

 

Give them something they can't find anywhere else. Making a "me too" site really limits how far you can take it...

 

Ask a compelling question in the headline and don't give the answer until the end of the page.

 

Add more and more content. If people can see there is plenty to read and plenty of areas to visit on your site they will normally at least try a few sections to get a feel for your site.

 

Put images on your website. Images can attract more attention than a plain text.

 

For "Azher Memon" I can say, that keyword research is done every single day, we already have great SERP for very competitive keywords.

To "JWRmedia" we can not put naked girl, but idea is good, probably put picture of our girls in header! Thanks

To "isolvum" and "maxtex" we already have videos on Youtube and Metacafe.

I think if you are able to drive visitors to your website than you need to look at website usability and after that creates some really great banners which attracts a visitor for your services. All you need to do a lot marketing.

 

Add video to your site (a related YouTube video).It makes the site "sticky" and people will stay longer.

 

Yeah spam is not a good move to promote your site.
Do you try write content and post it at article directory?
Organize some event coz it can easily attract visitor

 

Use Images,Create Lists,worthwhile and makes good use of your visitor’s time.Keep your site clean and uncluttered of junk no one needs,Highlight your best with something eye catching,simple understood,Answer questions ....
these all are to put your site on high and unique in market

 

Unique content is the golden key. Maybe a suggestion box on main landing page will help.
