my client has an organic result from Rip-Off.com falling right under their organic listing....how can i wash this search result or at least shove it to the bottom.
Just focus on getting more quality backlinks. If the quality is high enough, those links should eventually replace the rip-off.com listing. You could also try increasing the rank of the pages ranking #2 - 9. Add those pages to social bookmarking sites and blog comments.
Are you talking about Ripoffreport.com? They have a membership fee your client can pay to dispute the case in hand. Then that case will be resolved and see if they will archive it or take it down from there site.
