Hi, Please anyone knows anything about it.Please share.I use Paid-to-promote.net & advert123.com ads in one of my site. Most of the Traffic exchange site does not allow it.I need targeted visit to my site.I dont know what source should i use.Is any ptc or ptr or any TE site allow targeted advertising on this kind site? if any please name it. I saw many people earn money with those sites.But i don't know what is there source of traffic.
