How to give custom domain to Wordpress

    Wanting to know how to give custom Domain to Wordpress Blogs And Wordpress Websites. is done the same as a regular html Website, Just upload folder to the Domain? I will be using Godaddy!

    Yes, you just upload the WordPress files to the site root (usually, /public_html), then open your site in your browser (e.g. go to http://yoursite.com) and follow the instructions to create a database and enter the details - GoDaddy also has the option to install WP from their hosting panel.

    If you host with HostGator, it's very simple. Similar to GoDaddy, but much simpler, quicker and with a lot better support. (Live chat.)
