1) Conduct keyword research using Google Adwords (select exact match) to see what keywords people are searching for. Sweet spot keywords will have global monthly searches >2,500, and <250,00 supply (Go to Google and put "" around the keyword & see number of results to see amount of competition).
2) Put keyword in the video TITLE.
3) Put keyword in the DESCRIPTION
4) Begin the description with your URL, http:// included to make it clickable.
5) Put keyword in the TAGS.

This will help it to be ranked higher for those keywords.
