How to get yourself FREE PR5 and PR6 links

    I didnt know where to post this, so feel free to move.

    Myspace. we all know what it is.

    My myspace profile has around 40 friends, is quite dead, but has PR5. so there is free links for you. create a myspace and on the next update it should get a PR5.

    Blog. I go on my myspace blog, and woops. it has 0 comments and 0 entries.....but has PR6. So there. no more buying pr6 links for $30 a month. let myspace give you them for free.

    It might be because your profiles are on myspace UK judging by your location. I have a US profile with hundreds of friends and I still don't have PR.

    well i knew this trick for a long time :), and i can tell you that u will be surprised if you know the number of pr7 profiles on myspace there is thousands :)

    Hey login sure, There is no trick at all all you have to do is to search Old and famous profiles (created in 2004/2005 with 1000 and + friends), but the problem is when you find them what you gonna do ? beg the owner of the profile to put your link in his profile :D.

    wow i wish i had a myspace profile with PR that high. my own myspace profile has over 800 friends, i live in the UK and it has PR0.

    I'm selling 50 x PR3 myspace profiles for $50 but doesn't seem anyone wants them. But yeah they are just like any other page on the web, you need to get backlinks to them to pass PR and PR to any link on them will also receive PR.

    As a test i sent one site PR4 just from links from myspace profiles. Also noticed my SERPS slowly went up after placing deeplinks to pages on my site with relevant anchor text on the profiles.

    So yes, don't overlook the simple things.

    PR has less value nowadays. What do you think a PR5 in your profile can give to your site?

    The "trick" won't help you anymore. I've seen a whole range of PRs on their. Even found one that is PR6 and they don't screen their comments.

    Thing is all comment links now get redirected through msplinks.com. Myspace is still VERY useful for setting up a profile with a bunch of friends. Get enough people to be your friend and your profile PR will rise.

    While trying to build up your popularity, you can add tons of relevant content to your profile and link to your money making pages.

    PR is not the end all, be all, but high PR relevant links are definitely useful.

    It seems myspace.com/your_profile has unknown PR

    but when logged in, go to view my profile and it shows PR5 for me :)
