How to get your website on the first page of google

Hi All, I have website listed on google, having 25 backlinks... Currently for my keyword it is not displaying even in first 10 pages of google.. How would I get to the top?

 

i guess you need more links, and better content + update your site every few days

How tough is the competition?

 

I have the keyword on the title, description and added meta tags too.. competition is medium high . .

 

ys but u need to target particular page for keywords which page match the content and keyword and promote that page with that keywords.

Try doing some on-page and off-page SEO. Plenty of advice in this forum, just look through the different posts... But unless your keyword has absolutely no competition, with 25 backlinks (BTW, are they DO-follow?) you'll be nowhere...

1. Choose around 12-18 Good keywords..
Use keyword nINJA, Keyword optimizer pro, Google keywords tool as well as Market samurai..

A. 6 x "Dream Keywords" that have 5,000+ monthly searches, and
up to 500,000 SEOC phrase match competition results.
B. 6 x "Realistic Keywords" that have 2,500+ monthly searches, and
up to 250,000 SEOC phrase match competition results.
C. 6 x "Easy Keywords" that have 1,000+ monthly searches, and up
to 50,000 SEOC phrase match competition results.

2.Do On page optimization. - U can use seo pressor by daniel tran or IBP .. There are so many softwares..
Put some articles [400-500 words] on ur website.. First week three, next week three and so on.. based on all your 18 keywords.

Target 2-4%Keyword density..
Italics/Bold/Underline your keyword at least once.
Title,meta, Image tag all ahould be there..

submit ur articles to top 50 article directories one wekk after putting those articles in ur website.
