You need to get more links pointing to your website from high quality related websites thats have a high PR... however make sure the links are (DoFollow) so they can pass the value to your website.

its very effective because those sites are favorites by robots, and once the site gets favorites its always visited by robots and any websites that are link to that get easily crawl and index.

 

Well I suggest you do these steps :

1. Make sure you have XML sitemap of your site, and put it in the root directory of your server. The sitemap will help your pages indexed faster by Google. You can create this sitemap in a breeze, just go to Google and type something like : " Google sitemap generator"

2. Create a robots.txt file to direct the Google spiders in your site, which pages to index and which are not. You can also do the Googling for more info.

3. Internal SEO comes first. Make sure your site doesn't have any broken links, have good permalinks, all the Meta descriptions and keywords are properly made, etc. Try Googling also for this, many tips and tricks could be discussed out there.

4. Last but not least is external SEO. This should be an ongoing job. You already know what to do : directories submitting, blog commenting, articles submitting, linkbuilding, etc. Just make sure you don't make uncle Google angry by doing dishonest black-hat tricks.
