    simple and working way to get your business page verified.
    first go to google place add your business to google maps and then google will send you a post with verified code. it will take one to two weeks to arrive to you. once you placed your code in your maps listening, you will see a link on google places called "google plus page", click on it and it will generate your brand new google plus page and also place a verified mark on it.
    this is simple as you are thinking :)

    My Google+ profile name is also under review for months; I don't know how to get it stable.
