If your comments is relevant of that thread then it will approved after certain time because sometimes the authority of that blog is not open their blog id that's why they can't approve any comments. it will take time or if your comments did not approve after one month on its posting date then i think it will never approved.
My suggestion is that you have to find that blog those who approve their comments regularly and should post the relevant comments there.
    Hopefully you will success.

Make your comments real and relevant. Don't just comment with a link to your website. Make sure that you say something that is relevant to the post.

lot of blog owners dont approve comments if anchor text keyword is used in the name field. they consider it being spam and delete that. another reason could be your comments being trapped in the spam filter. some niche are known to send out spam comments and any keyword you use within those niches will be trapped by spam filter regardless of the quality of your comment.

best way to get aproval form quality blogs would be using your name or alias instead of using the keyword in the name field. there are some auto approve blogs where you can use the keywords in the name field but human moderated blogs will filter out comments for seo purposes in lot of cases

I am totally agree with you sultanofseo at last it all depends upon the moderator. As many blogs are been developed just to share a article which has been posted by Owner of the blog. They keep all the comment to get moderate by default. And they never approved any of the comments no matter how relevant you are posting. These blogs only develop just to share a article. Not to discuss that article. So i will personally recommend you don't waste your time while posting comments in the blog sites which have 0 comments for there article.Your post never been approved in those sites.Just do comments where your read comments posted by others. There are chances that your comments will get approved. The only thing you had to take care is just don't spam.

    - Avoid anchor tags.
    - Avoid flat out criticism.
    - You should make counter arguments or offer your own opinion on the matter.
    - Don't give standard bogus answers.

If you give the relevant comment towards the post that what actually is about and just make sure that you are giving name in the 'name' area rather than putting any keyword. Then your comment will surely be approved.
