How to get windows Xp run from Boot CD Rom as like as Ubuntu boot CD or Puppy Linux?

    I want windows xp run from CD Rom as like as Ubuntu boot CD or Puppy Linux boot CD. without any installation on hard drive.

    I don't think it's possible. Windows doesn't do that anymore. I think it used to with older operating systems, but not anymore.

    You could look into Windows PE/BartPE, I believe it's likely the best you'll get in terms of Windows live cd's.
