how to get verified paypal account in country where it dosn't exist i have an account on paypal credit card is also linked and show as verified but with limited access i cant send receive money to remove limitations they need utility bill copy any idea how to get verified i sent my own but they replied that in your country our services are not exist
You have been pretty honest with them and to be honest with you, I think that is the end for your Paypal account! Having known that you belong to a country not supported, I do not think they would ever un-limit your given account. At the most, they might allow you to send the money after 180 days to someone else..for which I have my doubts too! Regards, RightMan
yes i see in account overview "your account is limited for 180 days" but i created that account giving an rough address of another counts where they suport and if i get some utility bill and make changes in it with my name and info in this case may they remove limitations???
Cannot coz paypal can detect which IP you from. And its not possible to change the default address that you enter when sign up for the account.
You already gave away your location while providing your genuine utility bill. I doubt Paypal would accept the forged bill now, but you got nothing to loose in trying with it...I guess! Regards, RightMan
