    applied it many times but was not accepted

    Also be sure that your site is more than 6 months older! Google has added this rule also for new account publishers

    Read the adsense term and condition, ensure your blog is fulfill and not against adsense TOS. Then only apply, sure you will get approved

    same here. my site got PR3 from google and good traffic daily, but i am not having approved adsense account.

    ohh this is gr8 even i was not happy and trying to rectify wats the problem actualy i am facing same prob google also not allowing me for adsence on my blog http://lakshyaseo.blogspot.com i think its coz not 6 month old its google new policy
