How to get VCC's?

    Hello,

    Well, first of all, I hope this post is allowed, if not please delete. I read in the FAQ/Rules that only Selling VCC's inside DP is forbidden. External links are allowed.

    So can anyone tell me how and where to get them? Can I verify ANY PayPal account I want with it? Even though I have not used real informations? (name, adress, city, country.. etc)

    Yes, you can surely verify your Paypal account with your VCC. It's easy to find a VCC, but it's not allowed to post the URL to it here. You also need Liberty Reserve to buy it.

    Simply google "virtual credit card" and if you still can't find it, PM me then.
