    You can get some qualified new leads for your website from some good blogs, online directories, social media websites etc. Don't go for paid links as Google considers paid links as spam.

    You need to do only USA based SEO work and target only local market and get top ranking in the local search engine by this ways you can increase only local traffic on the website.

    If your keywords and on page is perfect, then you should concentrate on off page optimization.
    you should start backlinking with different platforms at a time.Whereas the backlinking is a long time process, so starting backlinking with different platforms at a time will save your time as well as its google friendly.
    Directory submission, forum posting, Guest blogging, blog commenting are the most effective and google friendly ways to get visitors on site. For specific USA traffic u can choose the USA topic/tour keyword related blogs to comment or guest blogging. Find out the forums where most of the visitors are comes from USA.
    As per my concern, guest blogging and directory submission is the strongest ways to get visitors specially for blogger site. Social media marketing is also a vital source of USA traffic.

    Apply these technics , hope you will get USA visitors for your site.

    First select keywords which search volume high in USA. Write unique reader friendly content. Do proper on page and off page optimization. If you can rank on google 1st page with your select keywords. You get lots of traffic. This process time consuming... if you want short term result then focus on social media but remember this way you get traffic but not for long term :confused:
