I want USA visitors.How can I get free USA visitors not using traffic exchanging sites.

You don't need to optimize specifically for US visitors when talking about search traffic. If you rank on google.com you will get US visitors.

I think you need a separate website that targets the US for that
When Google determines your website's search engines ranking, they look at where your site is hosted, what domain extension it have (whether it's a .com site or a .co.uk site, etc.)
They also see where your backlinks come from (presumably, Google never confirmed that). Also, it's nice to have location marking keywords on the website.
Other than that, you can buy Google Adwords ads or YouTube ads that target the US.
Oh, sis I mention you can set a geographical target in Google Webmaster Tools?
