Hire a dedicated writer or buy work from constant-content.

I wonder if relevant press releases can be used as articles. If they are re-worded in parts to make them unique (as far as search engines are concerned) would this be ethical?

The only problem with buying content from Constant content is that its all ready made in that its prewritten. Most people like to provide their own specific instructions to a writer when they hire copywriters.

    Here's a suggestion:

Pay someone to write the article for you whilst start writing the same article yourself. When you recieved the payed article, you can take the good bits out of each to create a A+ Article!

Do this a few times and before you know it you will be writing the articles your self.

    Just an idea!

I am puzzled by this question.

    • If a webmaster is an expert in the topics covered in his website, then he (or she) should be well qualified to write good content.

    • If a person is not an expert in the topics covered in his website, why should anyone consider that website as credible and authoritative?

My recommendation is: Start a website addressing issues that personally energize you and with which you have a working familiarity. Then the unique-content writing will flow quite easily from within you. On the other hand, if a webmaster is just searching around for something to cover in a website, he will probably face a long, hard, and most likely unsuccessful road.

You need to try various people until you find someone you are happy with.
Not everyone who writes articles is an expert on a particular subject, and sometimes an articles doesnt call for expertise. For alot of people, articles need to bring in traffic, and they do that by targeting key terms and providing original text.

For an "expert" article expect to pay big dollars.

Being an expert on a topic doesn't mean your article will be worth 2 seconds of anyone's times. Even professionals (lawyers, doctors, etc) hire writers.

Here's an idea if you are an expert in something. Write your article and then pay a pro to polish it up.

Writing is an art form and just like music, singing and painting, everyone thinks that can do it well. Know what your limits are and hire people to bring your quality level to higher standards.

Of course, if print level quality (magazines/newspapers/etc) isn't a concern, just write it or pay one of the many $2 writers to do the job for you. Either way, problem solved.

Humm.... the question itself is the answer to it.

    Unqiue content.

Only one way someone has to write it. It can be you or it can be hired-writers.

TIP: Try using an online dictation service.

Most have an 800# and while you are cruising around wasting time on your cell, you could be calling-in and rambling about things you know.

Before you know it, you can have pages and pages on unique advice and content.

    Works like a charm. ;-)

This is not the case you can send out a request for content and the writers write the articles per your specifications. You set the subject, word count and the budget. You can even deal with writers you like through the private request system.

In a matter of days, sometimes mere hours, you’ll have a selection of articles to choose from. You’ll find articles that are customized to your needs – in your price range.

Many of the "pre-articles" you see are articles that were written for a request but never purchased for whatever reason.

I am a bit puzzled by this question too. No offence, but if you cant create content what makes you a website publisher then?
The first thing in creating a website is having an idea you want to share with people. For example, you are impressed by an artist, and tell people how great he is, find his rare photos, comment on his work. Or you travel, or you understand in laptops, and you tell me whether the fan of SZ-series is loud or not and is worth that money. That will be the original content. With blogging you dont have to know the rules of composition, just say what you think.

I guess the reason why people say to blog/run a site about something you're pasionate about is so that you can generate the content yourself!

Depends on what kind of website, some website will have members writing for you like a forum.
