How to get unbanned from a app on android?

I was banned for no reason, I've tried almost everything, like change my Ip and device ID. And nothing works...Is there any other solution? I could use some help here.

 

What app, how were you banned, etc. etc.

Is there a login involved? There must be some identifying value to prevent you from using the app?

 

The app is called ChatGum, it's for Android only, and yes there is a login involved.

 

And you have tried creating a new user? Without luck?
I have no idea what this app is, but I would try contacting the admins, and see if it's possible to get unbanned. Depending on the infraction, it might be possible.

 

Been done that, and no response.

 

Chatgum is an app that once you're banned,you can't login or sign up on that phone.I was also falsely accused of being banned aswell.
