Find other blogs in your niche and contribute to their conversations with a link to your blog

 

First of all, add more contents to your blog consistently.

I assume the blog is in your signature (about body building).

Write more relevant contents, and if possible to do minimum 1 post a day.

This will help you to get more traffic from search engines.

Install Google Analytics and find out which keyword and page that refers more traffic to your site. Check current ranking and try to improve the ranking in SERP ranking in Google to get more traffic.

Other than that, engage more in Twitter and Facebook. Get more friends and followers from your niche community. Update your status with post updates there and you will see the traffic increases slowly.

Other than that, engage more in relevant forums to bodybuilding and put your site in signature there. This will help to draw more relevant traffic to your site as well.
