Make relevant tweets about your blogs, don't over do it but don't neglect it. Use something like bit.ly to make your URL's smaller. You have to think that Google will be seeing these too - and that is where the real traffic (ultimately) comes from.

Twitter traffic is truly awful for AdSense - you get few clicks and those clicks are often of low quality - which is not going to benefit you much at all in the long term. Only go for Twitter traffic if you in turn expect it to help you get more links to your site - which in turn may help you get targeted search traffic (the kind that actually works well for AdSense sites).
i have poor experience with twitter and adsense on my site. i do get some traffic but very little through adsense. god knows what is happening to my adsense - it does not make any more sense now...
