You need to brand your website. You can do this by doing a few things. Come up with a logo and post it with all your ads so people get use to seeing it. Or come up with a nice slogan. Branding works good on youtube if you make videos. To get traffic I think you need to market every day. Do things like.... YouTube, Blog, Write Articles, Safelists, Solo Ads, Get Backlinks, Pay Per Click, Word of Mouth, Classifieds, SEO, Press Releases. If you're website topic doesn't have millions and millions of results you probably can get up on the top page of Google pretty quick and with little effort. Write a lot of content as well.
