I think you should join forums related to arts, design & graphic and leaves your link there. You can also join many blog community such as BUMPezee, mybloglog and blogcatalog. Once joining, target group of people who has similar interest in arts, designing, graphic etc..
I think Peny said it all. Join the forums that are for that niche and post quality content, and the traffic will come.
