Is not easy as u think because your website made only for adsense. Meaning the content is for adsense and not for people who are really interested when search for something. When people found your website is interesting for sure it will visit you again and again and for sure they promote to others. Here you should provide them something new everyday. Submit to free web directories, some dont accept MFA though, and most paid ones definately wont, try blog commenting, keep updating the site, but if its MFA, you may not intend on that?
content is King, content = traffic, traffic = money. You shouldn't MFA, make a website have good content.

There is no easy way to build traffic. Get your site out to as many places you can. Different social networks and such.
Your site is obviously built for Adsense. There's hardly anything on the site except ads. Why would anyone want to come to the site? Good luck in getting any traffic to site such as this.
